SPHERE supported WaterAid in updating the Community Health Inspector curriculum by integrating climate-resilient, gender-sensitive WASH concepts to strengthen environmental health and community resilience.
SPHERE Consulting provided the technical support to WaterAid in updating the Community Health Inspector curriculum by integrating climate-resilient and gender-sensitive Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) concepts. The curriculum promotes climate adaptation, infection prevention, environmental health, menstrual hygiene management, waste management and community resilience.
The updated curriculum equips Community Health Inspectors with practical competencies to address emerging public health challenges associated with climate change and environmental risks.
