Operational Support for the Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (IBBS) Round 6
SPHERE supported the implementation of Pakistan’s sixth Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (IBBS) round across Punjab, generating epidemiological evidence on key populations to inform HIV and Hepatitis programme planning and targeted interventions.
SPHERE Consulting served as an operational and implementation support partner for Pakistan's sixth Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (IBBS) Round 6, implemented by the Health Services Academy (HSA) and Progressive Development Initiative (PDI) UK. Working in collaboration with the Hepatitis Control Program Punjab, SPHERE supported field implementation, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Punjab. The survey mapped key populations at increased risk of HIV and Hepatitis to generate strategic epidemiological evidence for targeted service delivery, program planning, resource allocation, and evidence-based policy interventions aimed at strengthening Pakistan's HIV and Hepatitis response.
