SPHERE evaluated Ipas Pakistan and Sehat Kahani’s telehealth model for reproductive health services, including Family Planning, Post-Abortion Care, and Medical Abortion.
SPHERE Consulting conducted an independent evaluation of the telehealth service delivery model implemented by Ipas Pakistan in partnership with Sehat Kahani, with a particular focus on reproductive health services, including Family Planning (FP), Post-Abortion Care (PAC), and Medical Abortion (MA). The evaluation assessed the uptake, accessibility, utilization, quality, and effectiveness of telehealth services through a mixed-methods approach. SPHERE conducted secondary analysis of routine programme and service utilization data, complemented by key informant interviews with Lady Health Workers (LHWs), medical officers, telehealth providers, programme managers, and implementation teams to assess service quality, referral pathways, client experiences, and operational effectiveness.
